EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: 

Don’t miss this opportunity to display your company’s products to 1,200-1,400 industry professionals in one place on one day. 

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACE IS AVAILABLE 

• The EARLY DISCOUNT registration fee is $500.00 per 25’ x 25’ outside open space display area (tables and chairs are not provided). Only display vehicles will be allowed in your exhibit area; all other vehicles must be parked in the lot.  If you require larger than a 25’ x 25’ area, you must purchase additional space.
• The EARLY DISCOUNT registration fee is $400.00 per 6’ x 8’ area inside the base lodge (5’ table and 2 chairs provided).
• REGISTER BEFORE AUGUST 9TH TO GET THE EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT!
• Meals are an additional cost of $49 per meal.

There will be a course prior to the EXPO from 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM. The course topic is: 

Everything You Wanted to Know About Water Meters, But Were Afraid to Ask 

Instructors: 
Ian Kasowitz (Stiles Co.), Greg Brovelli (Weston & Sampson), Tim Davison (Northborough WD), Mark Clark (N. Reading DPW)

AMI, AMR, MDM, MIU, Ultrasonic, Mag, Drive-By, Fixed Network… If you are considering a meter modernization program, or just want to understand the technology and terminology of the recent advancements in water meters, then this year’s technical session is a must for you! The session will also include case studies from MA utilities that have recently completed water meter replacement projects. Numerous water meter representatives will also be present at the exposition so it will be a great opportunity to visit their booth and ask them questions.

Learning Objectives:
•To understand the terminology and differences of the various meters, and meter reading, technologies on the market today.
• To evaluate the various technologies and determine what might work best for your utility.
• To review a case study and the lessons learned from a Massachusetts water utility that has implemented a water meter replacement program.

The session is approved for 2.0 TCHs (Training Contact Hours) for Massachusetts Water and Wastewater operators as well as Rhode Island Water Operators.

To register for the YP Hike: 

Please join the YP committee on a hike to the summit of Wachusett Mountain before the Summer Expo on August 25^th.  We will start the hike at 8am leaving time to freshen up and a quick change before the expo course lets out.  We will meet at the Balance Rock Trailhead which is located in the same parking log as the ski lodge. Please bring water and any snacks you may want during the hike.

Tickets:  Tickets are required to enter the grounds.  Wristbands will be issued at the registration desk to allow you access to all activities and food.  Tickets will NOT be mailed.  They must be picked up at the Summer Expo registration desk or through prior arrangement with MWWA.  Those purchasing multiple tickets should make arrangements to distribute their tickets at the entrance to the Summer Expo.  A Will-call table will be available to leave/pick-up tickets

Photograph and Information Release:  Photographs will be taken at this event.  By registering for this event you agree to allow MWWA to use your photo in any MWWA-related publication or social media site.
